SmartPort needs to be tested against SoftSP v5, v6, and v6a; IIc; IIgs

Disk II emulation

• 140k (5.25") emulation only (read-only & read/write)
  • Formatting a blank floppy not currently supported in read/write
• Slot/Drive appears in CONFIG for Disk II devices
