BIOS ROMs
OptionalCONFIG and FujiNet apps run on a built-in stand-in BIOS of under 200 bytes. Videocarts need the console's BIOS.
| File | What it is | CRC32 | Needed |
|---|---|---|---|
| sl31253.rom | Channel F BIOS (first half) (1 KB) | 04694ED9 | Optional |
| sl90025.rom | Channel F System II / Luxor BIOS (first half) (1 KB) | 015C1E38 | Optional |
| sl31254.rom | Channel F BIOS (second half; every machine) (1 KB) | 9C047BA3 | Optional |
How to add them: Machine ▸ Import BIOS… takes a single file, a zip (MAME's channelf.zip) or a folder, and recognises each dump by size and CRC.
There is no public download we can link to. Use a dump of your own Channel F's ROMs; MAME calls this set channelf.
